Where We Ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Options & Rates

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@pureprimal.org with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
